You can visit then for FREE. However, if you want the tour it will cost you as per website.
This will get you inside and you will hear all about the Kelpies and the history behind them. There is a car park near, please park where you are told to and avoid a find. There may be a fee to park. At the time I went to visit Disabled parking was FREE. Parking is at a premium, it pays to go early and even just walking around takes at least an hour, the tour takes around two hours with a walk around as well. Plus, there is the canal passes through here, so if you have small children, KEEP AN EYE on them. The water here is deep!
